- Sit the person down, loosen tight clothing
- Aspirin 300mg if not allergic
- Do not drive alone
Severe bleeding
- Apply firm pressure with a clean cloth
- Elevate the limb if possible
- Do not remove embedded objects
- Call our ambulance
Suspected stroke (FAST)
- Face drooping
- Arm weakness
- Speech difficulty
- Time to call — every minute counts
Burns
- Cool with running water 20 minutes
- Do not apply oil or ice
- Cover with clean cloth
- Come in for assessment
